my bad habit is like sleeping alot of time .. i spend many time sleeping without caring what happen outside or what is my plan for this day .

sometimes i feel my body very tired and i feel like i want to sleep all the day but i cant do that .. i try to wake up and and put my self in the situation that i cant chose if i can sleep . the problem like i cant manage my time really well because whether you’re working on your latest project or preparing for a big meeting, there are plenty of times that you might skip a few hours of sleep and for the bad sleeping habits won’t just have you reaching for an extra cup of coffee the next day, it could have real consequences on your work and personal life. What’s worse is when you can’t seem to get a good night’s rest, and you’re not sure why.
